1. Scope of Services

Our services include access to our websites, submission of online forms, participation in our Discord community, use of our Roblox experiences, enrolment in academy or education programmes, attendance at events or airport visits, participation in talent pool activities, mentorship programmes, email newsletters, purchases of digital or physical products, sponsorship activities and access to downloadable resources. These Terms apply to all such services unless otherwise stated.

2. User Conduct and Behaviour

You must use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and community expectations. Users are expected to behave respectfully within all platforms, including Discord, Roblox and any associated forums or communications channels. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, impersonation, spamming, harmful behaviour, self-promotion without permission and any conduct that disrupts, or harms others are strictly prohibited.

You must follow all posted guidance, community standards, safety rules and moderator instructions. We reserve the right to remove, suspend or permanently ban any user from any of our services at any time, without prior notice, where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or in violation of these Terms. Decisions regarding removals or bans may be made at our sole discretion.

3. Liability and Disclaimers

We are not responsible for the actions, conduct or content of users on Discord, Roblox or any third-party platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided through our services and are not liable for reliance placed on such information. Participation in real-world events, including airport visits, is undertaken at your own risk and we are not liable for injuries, losses or incidents that occur during such activities.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, technical failures, loss of data, third-party outages, delays, platform bugs, moderation decisions or the unavailability of any service. We are not liable for actions taken by sponsors, partners or external organisations, nor for decisions you make based on our content, advice or programmes.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services.

4. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases made through our websites, academy, events or other services are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products, academy enrolments, event tickets or other paid services. In cases where support may be appropriate, we may offer alternative solutions at our discretion, but this does not constitute an obligation.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to any paid or unpaid service where a user violates these Terms or engages in unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by or on behalf of our brands, including videos, training materials, scripts, logos, branding, images, characters (including The Airport Guy character), digital products, academy materials and all other assets, are owned exclusively by us unless otherwise stated. Paid content may not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, distributed, reuploaded or reused in any form without our explicit permission.

Free content made publicly available may be shared, reposted or screenshotted provided it is not modified in a misleading way or used for harmful purposes. All paid content remains restricted and may not be shared, reproduced or redistributed.

Users must not upload harmful, illegal, copyrighted or inappropriate content to any of our platforms. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content without notice.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through Discord, Roblox, academy platforms, talent pool forms, events or applications, you grant us permission to view, moderate, remove or use such content as necessary for operational, safety, promotional or quality assurance purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

We may feature or reference user-generated content, including testimonials, gameplay footage or participation in events, for promotional or educational purposes.

7. Roblox-Specific Terms

Our Roblox experiences are typically intended for users aged 13 or older, although younger users may access them in accordance with Roblox's own policies. Users must adhere to Roblox's Community Standards and any additional rules we implement. In-game conduct must remain respectful, non-disruptive and safe.

We are not responsible for bugs, downtime, data loss, moderation actions, platform outages or any issues arising from Roblox systems. In future, if in-game purchases are implemented, all such purchases will be subject to Roblox's own payment and refund rules. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users from the game at any time for conduct violations.

8. Discord-Specific Terms

Our Discord community is intended for users aged thirteen or over. Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and must not engage in harmful behaviour, harassment, bullying, hate speech, impersonation, sharing of private information or any other conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Moderators may remove users at their discretion and will notify us of any significant actions taken.

We may restrict, suspend or remove access to Discord services at any time, without explanation, where necessary to protect the community.

9. Academy and Educational Services

Certifications or certificates of completion are awarded only when participants satisfy the course requirements. We do not guarantee employment, job offers or placements as a result of participating in our academy or educational programmes. We reserve the right to change instructors, modules, schedules or programme content at any time.

Live sessions may be recorded and reused for educational or operational purposes. By participating, you consent to such recordings.

10. Events and Airport Visits

Event and airport visit participation is undertaken at your own risk. We are not responsible for travel arrangements, accommodation, access permissions or expenses unless explicitly stated in a contract. Attendees must follow all venue, airport or security rules and acknowledge that photography or videography may take place during such events.

Photos or videos captured at events may be used for marketing or promotional purposes with prior approval from us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For services delivered entirely within the UAE or transactions processed exclusively under UAE-registered entities, UAE law may also apply where appropriate. In all cases, any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction most relevant to the specific transaction or service unless otherwise required by law.

12. Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate user accounts or access to services, including academy platforms, Discord servers, Roblox experiences, events or any related service, at any time where a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that poses a risk to others. We may terminate access without obligation to provide detailed explanations. Immediate suspension may occur where safety is at risk, subject to internal review.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for service outages, data loss, platform failures, reliance on information, actions of users or decisions made based on our content or programmes.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our websites or communicated through our platforms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Updated Terms may apply retroactively to existing users where appropriate under applicable law.
